Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Gaze Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website (https://gazetechnologies.com) or engaging our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Scope of Services

Gaze Technologies provides digital & IT services including (but not limited to): web & software development, business intelligence & data analytics, cloud & infrastructure, AI & automation, cybersecurity, ERP & CRM, digital marketing & SEO, and IT outsourcing. Each engagement is governed by a separate proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or contract describing deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

3. Quotations & Proposals

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Timelines and costs may change based on scope revisions. Acceptance of a quotation confirms your agreement to these Terms.

4. Payments & Billing

• Payments must follow the schedule in the proposal or invoice.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved methods.
• Late payments may incur 5% monthly interest on outstanding balances.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

5. Project Delivery & Revisions

Project timelines are estimates and depend on client input and external factors. Revisions are limited as defined in the proposal; additional changes may incur extra fees. After final approval and delivery, further changes are treated as new work.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely access, information, content and approvals needed for the project.
• Respond promptly to feedback requests.
• Ensure provided materials (logos, text, images) are owned or licensed for use.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables (designs, source code, documentation) is transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated. Gaze Technologies retains ownership of its proprietary tools, frameworks, and internal code. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) restricts this.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties shall keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR where relevant and Pakistan data protection requirements). Client data will only be processed to deliver services or as required by law. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Warranties & Limitations of Liability

Services are provided “as-is” without express or implied warranties. While we use reasonable care to deliver quality work, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Gaze Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data). Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected project.

11. Third-Party Services

Projects may require third-party platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, payment gateways). We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or costs imposed by those third parties.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate by written notice if the other breaches a material term or becomes insolvent. On termination all outstanding payments become due and we will invoice for work completed to the termination date. Deliverables completed will be provided upon settlement of invoices.

13. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided once work has started. Exceptions may be made if Gaze Technologies fails to deliver agreed services due to its own fault. Any partial refund is at management’s discretion and will reflect completed work.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, network outages, etc.).

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by:

• the laws of Pakistan for contracts executed in Pakistan; or
• the laws of England & Wales for contracts executed by our UK entity.

Parties should attempt to resolve disputes amicably; unresolved disputes will be subject to the appropriate courts’ jurisdiction as set out above.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available at /terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
